My Story
I'm Christian Ojukwu most people call me OJ. I'm from Nigeria, and I work in finance. Over the last five years, I've helped shape the African fintech industry.
Tech had always pulled at me, so early on I worked as a UI/UX designer, then a web developer, and later found my way into branding working with agencies before eventually joining Growthal, where I still work today, mainly on the sales side.
But there's another thread running alongside all of that. Almost a decade ago, I started trading as a side hustle, chasing that extra income most of us go looking for at some point. It wasn't easy, and it still isn't always easy but I stuck with it. Over the years that journey turned into FX Scholar, where I now document what I've learned and connect with other traders walking the same path. I found my way into the financial markets, starting with trading and growing from there into stocks, crypto, and everything else the markets had to teach me.

Over the last five years, I've helped shape the fintech industry in Nigeria and Africa. Most recently, I added a new chapter, joining the 100X Engineer to properly dive into AI.I am using that knowledge to explore where AI and fintech meet, building it into real projects, one of them being My Two Cents.

I teach traders to master the markets, forex, stocks, and crypto through FX Scholar. My focus isn't just strategy, it's the mind behind the trade, because that's usually where people actually win or lose.
I'm a brother, a son, a friend just as much a person outside as I am inside. Fitness, fashion, music, art, creativity these are all part of who I am too, and I bring that same human side into everything I build.
I'm a developer at heart and a brand specialist by trade, and right now I'm putting both to work exploring how AI is reshaping branding, business, and the fintech industry specifically.
